Program.
We believe in providing our employees, who we believe are our most valuable assets
with the training and development they require in order to become valuable members of the Salsoft family. Through our Incubation Program, we enable them to progress and transition from training to a potentially full-time position at Salsoft Technologies.
Through a four-week period of rigorous and in-depth training, we provide potential employees with the opportunity to attain the skills relevant to their area of interest and choice. After being thoroughly trained, resources are allocated to the specific department based on their interests and strengths. The joining criteria is based on the potential employees scoring a minimum of 85% in their training.
Our Incubation Program is essentially a comprehensive training program which can lead to a fulfilling career at Salsoft. Continuous feedback and support is provided throughout the four weeks in order to provide potential employees with a transparent process that is purely performance-based.
